How does creativity look in good times and times of economic constraints. (looking for an arguments backed up by writers)
Are staff empowered? does this show a strong relationship with org development.
Do people share knowledge?
Does creativity suffer when money is tight?
Was management more theory x during the recession?
Was the org preforming better before the recession? and how do they look going into the future?
perhaps a time line could be included although not at all necessary.
